The hotel was clean and had pleasant staff from the valet to the reception desk. The rooms were with 2 queen beds, loved it. The food they offered was good, had lots of meals.

The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. And it also had luxurious view. The breakfast was extraordinary, decent location. The restaurant was trendy and the staff were professional. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Charlotte.
